Straying from the subject, but the Banshee that let go on the dyno: What kind of engine mods and who built it? Just curious as to what everone else is running in their Banshees.

Thanks,

Daren

I believe it is at least a 500, possibly built by Trinity. He hit 97 HP before it let go.. I was going to dyno my 420, but when he blew, I thought better of it.. I dont have a second bike!~

Sorry for replying so late...

The MBRP pipe I bought is the full exhaust system with stock dia. headpipe. There are 3 different ones - the full system with stock dia. headpipe, full with larger dia. headpipe and the drag pipe. The drag pipe wans't nearly as loud as I expected.

The 2 full systems sound the same and don't sound much louder than stock, a deep, smooth mellow tone, as well as being fully polished Stainless! Absolutely gorgeous.

After seeing Raptorrrc's "mild" bike put out 53hp on the dyno and sound nearly as quiet as a stocker, I want to duplicate that engine next yr.

I decided to replace the CT pipe because it's fairly loud when you're on the throttle, the packing is already starting to blow out and it doesn't hold a candle to the MBRP in the looks dept. The MBRP never needs to be repacked.

Now if Craycraft Racing carried Titanium tie rods...LOL

Roostking,

Thanks for the info on that Banshee. I would have liked to have heard what your Banshee would have pulled on the dyno too, but I understand why you didn't take the chance.

Thanks again,

Daren
