Anyone ever ride or going to ride in Livingston? Looks like some sweet quads on here and I would like to see them in action. Went there this past weekend, it was miserable muddy!

you have told me that before, where at on mountain parkway? I would guess that the parkway itself is about 100 miles long. I never knew of anywhere on the parkway to ride.

Ride there all the time. Was there both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. On my new, dare I say, YZ426F. Started drying out late day Sunday and was damn nice. Saw some sick climbing of pink rock on some raptors and 400ex. Guys doing stuff that I have not near enuf sack to attempt. Livingston is great but getting kinda burnt out with it. I've heard Mountian Parkway sucks but have not been there myself. Way to small. I'm going to soon travel another hour down I75 and try out Blue Royal in Tennessee.

I've been to livingston, don't care much for it, ok every now and then just to damn rough, I like lbl a whole lot better. If you haven't been to turkey bay you should definately try it.

Where is turkey bay? I dont think livingston is very rough at all. The only part Ive seen thats rough are the stair steps. Yeah I agree, Livingston does get old very quickly.

turkey bay is located between lake barkley and kentucky lake in western ky, about 15 miles west of Cadiz ky, it is also known as land between the lakes, there is every kind of trail imaginable form technical to a easy fast, slow hill climbs you name it it has it. We go every chance we get, I live in Glasgow, and it is about 150 miles and worth the drive, it is best to go and camp, it gets a little wild at night, an added bonus. Next time we go down there I will post it and maybe some of you all can join in. You can go to there website at www.lbl.org and get a good idea of what kind of riding there is. there is also a 9 mile loop around part of the riding area that is similar to a mx track in places and very fast, just watch for oncoming traffic, I've had some close calls.

Come over to Jackson and ride on the strip jobs. Lots of great riding there just not very challenging.

Bill is yor raptor blue or black or white or red. Need some more info to help you out. Whoever said they heard mountian parkway sucks is dead wrong. Compared to livingston and turdkey bay(mostly trails the size of roads and no hills) Mountain parkway is 2500-3500 acre with another 6500 undeveloped. They ahve verticle walls that are 50' tall you can try to climb, I have only seen dirtbikes make it.They take care of the trails and are extremely nice people who own it. They let us make a new dirt drag strip this summer. www.mpoffroad.com

Livingston, No Hills??. Thats the craziest statment I've heard in awhile. I think that is what is good about Livingston, there is something for every skill level and liking. Mud, sand hills, rocks, rough, high speed, wide trails, narrow technical woods trails. Its also free. I wasn't knocking Clay City. I'm sure it has its appeal. It didn't appeal to any I know who have been there. I've personally never been there. I'll give it a try sometime. Anyone been to Blue Royal? Gonna give it a spin soon.

I stated that about turkey bay! Not livingston, livingston is more fun on a dirtbike.

Raptor630- Where are these strip jobs? Yell at me the next time you all go and ill meet you wherever. Sounds like Clay City is the place to be. I agree, Livingston is the place for dirtbikes, I bet there were 100 bikes there last weekend. Livingston just doesnt have the big, nut shrinking hills.

Most of the places we ride are up Hwy 30 E on the other side of Jackson from you, towards Salyersville. I stay at Morehead most of the time but the next time there is a big ride I'll try to post here for you or something. Me and a few buddies have raptors and 400 EX's, but the rest are foremans and rubicons usually.
