Blaster Mods Bill's Pipe
 

We just installed a Bill's Pipe on our 2002 Blaster. We also drilled the air box. With the stock jet (230)and carb settings it's heating up. Any suggestions for rejetting?

with the fmf pipe we run the 270 jet i don't know where the needle is but it seems to run good at sea level and fair at 3500 feet.

i'm running a bill's pipe and a 30 mm carb with a 260 jet. ran it this weekend at sea level and ran good so with a stock carb i would go at least 270 or higher.

DEfinitly put in a bigger jet,im running a 300 with my toomey pipe and no air lid

Thanks for all your help. I think I'll go with a 300. Has anyone had their Blaster ported and where did you send it?

yes , the local dealer has a guy that does that stuff at night it made a good change on the performance.
