i have a bottom end of a banshee engine but the barrels are shot and a rd350 yvps engine (i think in the usa its a rx350 yvps ) will the barrels, pistons and head bolt on if so will there be any power loss
or would it be more sence to fit the yvps enine in when need be?
this is for a spare engine

All the companies that race the RZ go with banshee jugs. You might try the complete RZ engine though. The powervalves would be cool if they work right.

would you get rid of the cylinders from the banshee?

i'm going to keep the barrels to get bored out sorry
so why do the use banshee barrels is it you can bore them out unlike the yvps motor??
as for the yvps i was going to leave it open for top end speed and the close it for tight wood to get the torque

All the big shops say they can do more with the banshee cylinders when they are building a drag bike or a really hot race bike.

Keep the bore as small as you can on the banshee. The more material on the sleeve = more transfer area = more power

what i will do is remove the power valve internals annd run it like that, this chamber will be like lenthning the exhaust and give me more touque at the bottom end just right for the woods
the only question is will the yvps barrels fit?????????
