Default Most comfortable riding boots?

I'm looking into getting some riding boots. What kind of boots are the best-fitting, most comfort? I ride in the sand. Buying a pair of boots that have no padding and hurts your ankles, etc. is not worth it.

So I turn to you, my fellow forum members... wise, all knowing, all understanding, biased and unbiased alike...

Oh, by the way, my shoe size is 10, if that helps.

Alpinestar Vector's are pretty good. Much easier to walk in than some of the others!

I ended up with the Alpinestar Tech 8's....not cheap but were the most comfortable I found. Make sure to try on several brands as everybodys foot is different.

I just bought a pair of ARC boots (with ATV sole) from Rocky Mountain ATV. I'm going riding on Sat so I'll let you know how I like them. You can't beat the price!!!

I've used a lot of riding boots. The best/most comfortable by far that I've tried are the Gaerne Explorer boots.

Aplinestar Vector is what I use and is very comfortable. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.

i've got the alpinestar tech 6's. i love them, but.... i wish i had got the tech 8's because of the removeable little bootie thing. i also kinda wish i had gotten the gaerne's, but they don't make them in black.

I like the looks of those and thought about getting them or the AXO CX Trials or the SIDI Discovery.
