I'm new to this but I bought a new carb. For this thing and it still won't start....everything is the same as the other carb but still won't start brand new carb right out of the box. Yes getting fired and new plug... can you help

 

Checked compression,valve clearance checked and getting fuel to the carb? If so if it's one of those Chinese knock off carbs,I'd make sure all openings are clean and open and free from any metal shavings.Several people have posted problems with aftermarket carbs.
