I'm sorry. You ordered when I was out of town at a class and I missed the notification of your order. Now that you broiught it to my attention I upgraded you right away. Your cap and stickers are mailing out on Wednesday.

I found your order and checked the shipping records and for some odd reason it looks like we marked your order as shipped but then never actually shipped it. At least I have no record of the mailing label / postage being printed.

Your stuff is shipping out tomorrow (May 18). I'm really sorry about the mix-up.
