last week i had a code #4(4 flash sequence of the 4x4 indicator light). I checked the TP sensor on the carb. it seemed to be tight and nothing wrong. The bike was running fine but i had the flashing indicator. Well, i went to go ride it today and now it will not come out of first gear in auto or ESP and when i try reverse the bike just makes a loud clicking and will bearly move and the the ESP is flashing on the screen 4 times and the other light that was flashing is no longer flashing. any input would be appreciated. thanks

 

Code #4 for the ESP is TP sensor..
Code #4 for the selectable 4wd is system voltage ..

 

my bad i replaced the batterie,then it started running like crap, so you the the sensor is bad?is this why it wont shift or move in reverse?

 

I would check the TP (throttle position) sensor coupler , it maybe loose or dirty/moisture in it .. Yes the TP sensor is one of the inputs for the ESP ..
