why does the rincon have to be so ugly?

<< Raced it against a Prairie 650 out back in a distance just short of 100 yards. There was no winner. Equal weight riders on each and the same resulkts when we traded quads. They are dead even. We did this with just throttle alone the first few times. Then we tried doing it with a little bit of braking on the start to build the RPMs on each quad....the Rincon sneaked by every time doing it this way, but not more than about one quad length. >>
these are the words of knowsalot, i wouldn't doubt him, so the p650 (even though very powerfull) has met its match. the IRS should be the deciding reason as to why the Rincon is the WINNER.

and those hi-tech drum brakes bring it even further over the edge Rincon?
Put both of them in 4 wheel drive and then see how it ends up!!!!! Both more than likely had tons of wheelspin and from what I have read.... the Kaw should prevail... I also read on this forum that the Rincon won't go past 60 w/o a nitrous bottle attached to it
Don't know the credibility of the sources, but we'll just wait and see for some head to head comparisons first before we all pass judgement OK????????

well i don't think so. i believe what knowsalot posted. the Rincon will, i repeat, WILL beat the p650 in a soot-out. and i know it'll be the overall better quad. top speed means nothing to me, any fool can go wide open down a wide, flat, gravel road, but on the trails we'll see who leaves who behind. O.K???????

I went to drive a rincon today and they were sold out, and the next shipment said they were sold out also, at a price tag of $7,200!!!! But i can get it when it comes in for $6,500. I am going to choose either the p650 or the rincon! The grizzly was tough to put down, but after all the things i heard about it, i beleive im makeing a wise choice (for now)

I am with Dash on this one. I also own an P650 and apologize for the behavior shown. IMO, my prairie looks a bit dated in styling, but I didn't buy it for style. I hope the Honda does well, and it keeps raising the bar for all quads. We as consumers will be the ones to benefit so let the companies have pissing contests, it gives us more options.

I enjoy reading opinions of people like kawirob, ostie, dash, and jlpier. If I totally agreed with them I would be riding what they ride, but I dont and dont ride what they do. But I do like reading their posts. They post opinions without trashing other riders and what they ride. The only ATV I would trade mine for is either a new one of the same or a new Rincon. Does that make the P650 a bad amchine or a piece of junk, nope! Not at all. The Rincon deffinatly looks different, its new.
I guess with a name like "packardbell" it is hard to have anything but tunnel vision. (too small of hard drive and no way to update it)
Just remember: "Those of you who think you know everything bother us that do!"
Ride your cow and enjoy it. I will ride the ugly one and return home to tell about it.
