There are some cheap ones on ebay that you can take a chance on.Some have had good luck with them, others not so much. They all basically look like the same ones that fit Polaris branded atvs,Eton,Aeon ,etc. At 20 bucks, plus with a warranty, shouldn't be bad to give it a try.Stator Fits Polaris ATV Scrambler 90 2001 2003 Generator | eBay Either that or pay 175 bucks for an oem.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

The plunger on the break lever has nothing to do with spark. It's just a starter interlock that when you pull the brake lever allows power to the starter relay for the starter to engage. If it's still installed the plunger could be sticking allowing the starter to engage or some one may have bypassed this function.

New spark plug
New coil
New stator
Carb cleaning not sure may have missed something what do you mea. By crank seal? Something to add when I pulled fly wheel off the spindle appears to be small amount of black grease not oil coming from around there I'm not sure if that's normal or not thanks

Make sure on the carb cleaning first and eliminate it and fuel supply as a problem. Would have been easy to at least replace the crank seal on the stator side once you removed the stator, but eliminate everything else first. Seal kits are available on ebay if needed.Or you can get both seals here for less than 6 bucks. Items#1 and 4.http://www.cyclepartswarehouse.com/f...03&fveh=284104
