Default Raptor 660 needs more low end!!

Hey! Thanks to all who replied with suggestions. I think I am going to try the 12 on front and 44 on rear, sprokets. I'll let ya know how it works out. And like I said, I am new to this ATV (The Rappy), so I am trying to learn all I can and you all are a great help! Thanks.

If your running the stock rears just the 12 should satisfy your appitite. if you goto 22's a 44 on the back will take it to what the 12 front is with 20's

a 12 tooth countershaft sprocket is very small and bad on your chain to make that tight bend. I suggest lowering the gearing from the rear sprocket, just install a 44 tooth and leave the 13 on. Other than that try buying an aftermarket pipe, they all add lots of low end and top end.

I agree with bubba. A 12 tooth front will eat your chain. If you can't live without it, just buy cheap chain and plan on replacing when you run out of adjustment.

He is Right it is bad on your chain but i loved my 12 44 gearing but it think im gonna try like a 13 44 or 14 46 or something along those lines but i wouldnt recomend the 46 fro trail riding o and if you get the 44 rear i do belive you have to take your skid plate off

you can put some spacers on to ride with your skidplate and 44 tooth rear sprocket
