When it comes to off-roading, there’s certainly no shortage of backyard engineers bringing something new to the fold.

Take, for example, Canadian tinkerer Rednic79’s entry, the Screw Drive off-road propulsion concept. Imagine, if you can, giant threaded screws made from hollowed out propane cylinders rotating to provide limitless traction. Perhaps the best news? No worries about flat tires here!
