One of the best-selling 2×4 ATVs in the world, the full-size Trail Boss is loaded with exclusive Polaris features at an exceptional price.

Some of the Trail Boss’ best features are a smoother ride and tighter turns; both results of Polaris’ experience with building industry-leading suspensions. The MacPherson strut front suspension has 6.7 inches of travel and helps provide a tight turning radius of just 75 inches.  The progressive-rate, long-travel rear suspension allows 9 inches of suspension travel.

The Trail Boss has a Polaris Variable Transmission (PVT) continually senses engine speed and vehicle torque load, and provides the proper amount of power to the rear wheels.  Power is delivered via a reliable, low-maintenance Polaris Concentric Drive System.  This system optimizes the power reaching the ground so that riders get a better, more consistent performance.

Trail Boss’ power plant is a reliable Polaris 330 4-stroke engine with electric start and a 34mm Mikuni carburetor.  The engine is air-cooled, with additional cooling provided by a fan-assisted oil cooler.  The quad also utilizes a single-lever system for quick and easy braking.

The Trail Boss has a front cargo rack capacity of 75 pounds and the rear cargo rack carries 125 pounds.  Towing capacity is 850 pounds with a hitch as standard equipment.

For 2007, the Trail Boss is available in Red/Black.
