Arctic Cat off ers its riders a choice when it comes to big-power engines: the all-new 650 H1 or the 650 V-Twin (V2).

The H1 is a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled 641cc four-stroke engine designed by Arctic Cat for massive low-end and mid-range torque. The V2 is a V-twin cylinder, liquid cooled 633cc fourstroke engine known for smooth power delivery and incredible performance. Both motors have automatic transmissions and will take riders through or over just about anything without so
much as a whimper. Coupled with other new and returning features,
the Arctic Cat 650s are loaded for any work or play you demand of them.

The plastic bodywork calls attention to the 650s with extra-wide fenders to protect the rider from mud and water spray, “cat-eye” headlights add style and excellent illumination, and integrated full length plastic fl oorboards enhance sure-footed traction. The seat is wider for increased comfort, and the seat latch allows quick removal and access to a handy tool tray.

Handling the unmatched power of these two engines is an equally capable chassis that includes a double A-arm fully independent rear suspension (FIS) and double A-arm front, both with preload adjustable shocks and 10-inches of suspension travel. Ground clearance is a best-in-class 12.5-inches (H1 only) 13-inches (V2 only) which, coupled with a full-length high-density plastic skid plate, gives riders the confi dence to clear large obstacles without damaging the frame.

Complementing the all-powerful goodies on these two machines are features designed for comfort and convenience.undefined Speedracks offer dozens of accessory attachment options. Going from 2WD to 4WD is as simple as pressing an electronic shift button, while activating the full-lock front diff erential requires only a flip of a handlebar-mounted lever. A 2-in. “automotive style” receiver hitch, long-range 6.5-gallon fuel tank, digital instrument pod (MPH, odometer, dual trip meters, hour meter, clock and fuel level) and Start-In-Gear capability complete the package.

Consumers that want to stand out from the rest of the crowd can opt for the fl ashy 650 V2 LE which come complete with new machined aluminum wheels with color matched recesses, color-matched one-piece front brush guard and rear accessory bumper, a 2,500-lb. Warn winch (V2s only) and is available in Tony Stewart racing orange.
