Nowhere in the ATV riders rule book does it state that you have to access to the woods to be a backwoods bumpkin or hills to be a hillbilly. This entry proves once and for all that gigantic rims can make anything ugly and regardless of how many automotive parts you strap to your ATV, it ain’t street-legal! We’re not sure what the law enforcement officer had to say about this but we’re pretty certain it wasn’t, “nice rims”.
