Dear ATVC: I bought a used 2005 TRX400EX. The reverse and neutral light sensors don’t connect anywhere. If I touch them to the frame, they light up. Anyone know where these are supposed to terminate correctly? JIMMY223
Sure do- fortunately the 400EX is one of those machines that’s been around a while with very little OEM tampering. Here’s the entire wiring schematic. Given that they still work when you manually complete the circuit using the machine’s frame for ground, sounds to us like they just need to be reconnected to the harnesses.
