Dear ATVC: I’m having trouble locating parts (air-box lid / silencer in particular) for my 1996 Express.
The Xpress 300 is becoming harder and harder to locate parts for but not yet impossible. Its vehicle code is actually W969530, which will grant you access to online parts schematics like the following:
This reveals the part # as 5432245
You can call any Polaris dealer with this # to have them order it for you or pick it up online from sites like eBay here.
