Enter the Dynamite ATV Inside-Out Mud Cap, a foam insert that fits on the inside of the ATV rim to keep heavy mud and trail crud out. Bob Marshall owner of Dynamite ATV has come up with a simple yet effective solution to a problem many quad riders and racers face on tracks and trails all over the globe.

Perhaps the caps biggest advantage comes in the form of motocross and TT racing where ounces of unsprung weight can have a massive effect on handling.  For that matter added mud weight inside a quad’s rim can throw off suspension settings thanks to increased leverage on the rear suspension linkage.

Before you start to wonder if a foam cap saturated with water could potentially be as counterproductive as a rim full of gooey mid, rest assured the Dynamite Inside-Out Caps are constructed of special foam that limits the amount of water it can soak up. The idea is that it lets no mud inside of the rim to potentially cake up hence keeping the tires balanced with virtually no weight penalty from the product itself.  Installation/ removal is of the easy on easy off variety and dark foam color assures that the caps draw no undesired attention to themselves.

These black caps will fit the following 8-inch beadlock rims: Douglas, ITP Trac Lock (no reinforcement ring) and Hiper 9″ rims.   Additionally the caps will fit most original DWT rims. The new G-2 Inner Mud caps are also available.
