One can never be too careful this time of year – last week we received the press release stating an embargo was in effect on the latest Polaris RZR (complete with video) until Monday morn, 9am EST.

“Polaris is excited to unveil its newest RZR, built with exponential power, strength and control. This newly, elite RZR has been crafted with precise specifications to take on any trail or surface, doing so in your favorite Polaris colors,” said the release.

Sure, we figured it was simply hyperbole when they said it was their sharpest model to date.

Well, a day late to the party, we planned to share the big news only to discover we’ve been punked. April Fool’s Day strikes again, but, after reviewing the clip for yourself, we can see a real marketing opportunity here.
