Onward and upward. This week’s short is fairly impressive. When it comes to vertical rock faces, apparently the right combination of torque and travel can make it happen effortlessly.
King Quad, peasant operator. This guy got brand new tires, remembered to put his King Quad into 4×4 and even bought a new blue flannel for the occasion but forgot one simple lesson when it comes to punchy, steep climbs: Momentum always works better than wheelspin.

I’ll never let go. Ordinarily when things start to get ugly on a climb, we let go of the machine and hope for the best. Not this guy! He somehow manages to ride out the crash even when his machine was upside down. Warning – this one contains a bit of rough language.
What goes up… Real hillclimbs are generally regulated events with safety staff on hand as well as hill-side volunteers stationed at various intervals along the way to keep machines from tumbling back down in the event of a mistake. This is not that type of event.
