The Champ’s Quad Stolen

Be on the lookout.

In what can only be described as a majorly disappointing to hear, it appears the Phoenix Racing ATV Team was the victim of theft.

Joel Hetrick’s championship winning #88 YFZ450R and Grayson Eller’s YFZ were apparently stolen from the back of their enclosed trailer sometime during the night from a hotel parking lot in Amarillo Texas last week.

The majority of these type of thefts thrive on resale of expensive parts so used buyers, especially in the area of Amarillo, keep a sharp eye on the classifieds. Watching the trails and even streets isn’t a bad idea either.
