According to the listing, this is a Honda Recon 250 ES that’s been barely used/ 20 hours on the clock.

The seller says it’s been sitting in storage for a couple of years and needs a carb cleaning to fire up. He’s priced it accordingly at $1000 and is not currently considering trades.
