According to the listing this is Yamaha Blaster 200cc two-stroke (model year 2000 from the looks of the plastics) being sold because the seller “needs the money”.

Boasting such goodies as a flat-side carb and FMF exhaust system, the seller claims the carburetor will likely need a good cleaning as the machine hasn’t not been started in two months.

He’s looking for an unbeatable $700 and is not currently considering trades.
