I got my son a 110cc coolster and it ran for about 2 hours then just died on him. The battery is good it cranks hard like it should, I have checked the spark its good. cleaned the carb then still did not start then I replaced the carb with a new one it did not fix it so I replaced the cdi stilll will not start the gap on the spark plug is goodand continuously sparking changed the plug still did not start checked the compression it is good and I am not loosing compression anywhere that I can tell. i emptied the gas tank and put new fuel in it and have ensured that fuel gets through the lines and carb correctly ....I have no idea what else to try this is really upsetting I am leaving to go back to afghanistan and if I dont get it fixed before I go it will sit here for the next year. The company we bought it from still covers parts under warranty but not the labor and they told me to take it to a small engine shop near me get it diagnosed and let them know what parts to send. My friend that was helping me owns the small engine repair shop they recommended and is as lost for ideas as i am can someone please help this thing is brand new and I really would like to see it run for the kids.
