You have to measure them.
If it's 4 bolts, measure across the center of the axle, from bolt center to bolt center.
If it's 5 bolts, set the wheel up so you have a star pattern. Measure horizontally across the two bolts nearest the top, just under the "point" of the star. [top bolt]
Next, if you don't have a metric tape, take your measurement and make it a decimal.
ex: 4-1/8" = 4.125". Multiply it by 25.4 [mm] and get your answer. [104.775] =105
Then, if you look for wheels, look for the number of bolts, then the measurement 105.
4/105 or 5/105
[I just picked a number out of the air but, it's just an example]
