I recently put a new pipe on my kids Fushin 110cc atv. I rolled the dice and tried a pit bike exhaust off ebay. It would not work on my other kids TaoTao 110 with out some mods but it bolted up pretty easy on the Fushin. After the video was made I cut about 4 inches off the end and it looks much better. This thing sounds great. Performance wise it is hard to tell. The little fushin was so fast anyway. My son loves the new sound. He thinks he is riding a new quad. We drag race them so any little bit helps.

On a side note I did notice some crackleling or backfiring on deacceleration. On the same day I put a bigger main jet in and moved the throttle needle down 2 places as well as added a high flow high filter. The bike was running really lean prior to all the changes. I am going to check the plug when I get home today to see if it is any better.

On another side note. If you try this make sure all cables and plastic are out of the way of the pipe. I thought I had all plastic and wires cleared but burnt through the ignition coil. Luckily I have a Fushin 90cc I bought for backup and just took it off it.
