SO i have a Kymco 250 what i believe to be the silonoid is making noises causing the bike not to start..

Welcome to the forums. 
With a fresh charge on the battery, make sure all you battery connections are clean and tight. The solenoid clicks when the battery gets to weak.
Also may want to check the plug and make sure it's getting fire, and the carb is getting fuel.

Thanks so much for the quick reply,Yes so its a brand new battery,How would i make sure the carbs getting fuel...Im a rookie when it comes to this stuff.thx

There should be a drain screw on the bottom of the bowl of the carb. Back it out a little and look for fuel coming out the drain tube. If you don't see any, that's one of the problems.

I'll have to dig through my desk at home, but I used to have a service manual for the 250 kymco. Don't think I gave it away, but don't remember when I saw it last either.

i'd presume they're all 12 volts.........
