Welcome to the forums.

With a fresh charge on the battery, make sure all you battery connections are clean and tight. The solenoid clicks when the battery gets to weak.

Also may want to check the plug and make sure it's getting fire, and the carb is getting fuel.

There should be a drain screw on the bottom of the bowl of the carb. Back it out a little and look for fuel coming out the drain tube. If you don't see any, that's one of the problems.

Moving the thread over to another section where you should get more replies.

I'll have to dig through my desk at home, but I used to have a service manual for the 250 kymco. Don't think I gave it away, but don't remember when I saw it last either.

never heard of a 10V battery for a quad. but there's always a first time.
i'd presume they're all 12 volts.........

The problem in the video is a dead battery! Even though it is a new battery it needs to be charged. Charge it and or try jumping it with a car or some other 12 v vehicle and it will start right up!
