atv doesn't rev up on 110 loncin

just picked up a loncin 2007 110 atv and it runs but when i try to accellerate it stays a the same rpm or bogs down???

Try chocking it and see if it gets better. If it does the main jet is restricted.
It is always a good idea ot thoroughly disassemble and clean the carb and the jets.
