Taotao 110 overheating

Taotao 110 overheating
i overheated my 110 before and melted the dipstick and burnt the oil. Bought a new dipstick changed oil didnt ride it. Well i started riding it again and it starts burning in 5 minutes and it started to melt the dipstick again... could i have melted everything obstructing oil flow? What should I replace? How should i do it? ive heard of the oil screen that most likely is cheap and melted... Any good links for parts would help too thanks
