I just picked up a 110cc atv for kids and did get it running pretty good but it would stall and would run batt down fast. got new batt... won't turn over smoothly unless the plug is out. starter would get hot quick so i just put in new starter and it still turns over 1 revolution and stops. question,this sounds like a timing problem to me, how can i check it on this thing.
