follow the wiring harness down to the solenoid and check the wiring's intergrity. something is grounding out on you. also, check for continuity from your switch down to the solenoid and then through it to the shifter.

i'm unsure exactly about your machine. i think it has a shifter solenoid or something else that actuates the shifter for 4x4. BUT, either way, you'll be able to see whether or not your wiring is the culprit.

After opening the harness and pulling apart i found that it was the harness, two wires were touching. Thanks for the help, and your right the weather isn't as crappy as what your taliking about,
