Default Another Toa Toa question

Looking for something to ride on with my grandson. As some know about 5 months ago my grandson received a Toa Toa that for $580 new for what it is has excited our expectations. I am 58, 250 pounds and not looking for a racer. Would a Toa Toa 150 be big enough or should I get the 200.

It will be a while as I am hoping my situations will improve. Daren government take your money for 40 plus years and when you are disabled they what to take 3 years to give any of what you paid into. I love my country but I fear my government.

For now he and I will be happy riding my Ultra Harley with sidecar.

Thanks
Jeff

The max load on the 150 is 354 I am guessing pounds. My grandsons 110 says max 125 and I know that has been doubled many times. Only problem with his 110 is if you take too bid of a jump the axle will get out of line. Do the bigger ones have this problem not that I will be taking any real big jumps do to my age and health (back and knees).
Thanks

So you have one that is actually a 250cc and not one that they call a 250 but is really a 200cc?

250 cc is actually 233cc according to taotao.com. The only trouble with this and jumping or really rough terrain is the 2 bolts that hold tension on the chain can come loose or fall out. Nothing a replacement stainless bolt/lock washer and tape cant solve.

250cc should b pretty good and it's should be perfect for you being though is has no low end power. So you don't have to worry about jerking when pulling off unless you pop te clutch .

No trouble here with the low end jerking...only need to make a few idle/carb adjustments

I agree if it is jerking at low end something is not right. Been working and riding motorcycles and ATV when they came out as when I started riding the only thing you had was dirt bikes for over 40 years now none stop.

Good chance my plains are going changed and I might sell most of my stuff and hit the rode on my Harley with Harley sidecar that they call a rig for a year.
Thanks
Jeff
