sorry i don't know what size chain you need. but i will comment on the 16 yr old sign on the quad.
that is a liability issue for the manufacturer. here's the deal, fit the quad to the kid, not vice versa. you wouldn't put a 6' 2" 15 yr old on a 90cc quad. that is dangerous in itself due to center of gravity issues. that's like a grown man trying to ride a battery powered barbie power wheels jeep. then again, you don't want a 4' 10" 10 yr old on a KFX700 either. that's like telling a kid, go ahead and drive a top fuel or alky dragster (comparison purposes only). see what i mean? now my kids have been on 250cc machines since they were 14. they're now 22/18 and still ride their 250cc machines.
the sign is just another example of the govt getting into our business as parents and the reflection of "sue happy" folks because of their stupid decisions and their lack of parental responsibility and common sense. you base their experience, maturity, and decision making abilities upon your common sense of what is right and what is safe, for you and them.

you can google "eagle atv parts" (an authorized taotao dealer) and look up parts by model
they sell the chain for $18+s/h, or just google 420 chain and buy a generic one, probably for less..
if you dont have a chain at all make sure the new one comes with a master link
oh, and jaster is right on the age thing..
my sons taotao says no one under 16 or wahtever..
he is 10 and has basically outgrown it.. a 16 yr old wouldnt fit on it
