Default Pro Comp 49cc

I picked up a couple of 50cc quads the other day, $100 for both. The first is a 86 Suzuki LT50 (got this one running great). I say I paid $100 for the Suzuki and got the other POS for free. The second 50cc is a Pro Comp that is decent shape but I need a wiring diagram. The previous owner decided he would "attempt" to eliminate the "unnecessary" wires. I think I have most figured out but there a few that just don't seem to have a home. Here are a few pics of the quad and homeless wires

Here are a few general pics of the quad itself

This pic is a single black wire, I am guessing a ground of some sort but no clue where to put it.

Here are a couple wires that share the same wire as the ignition

Here are a few wires that I am just lost as to where they go, no others wires on the bike seem to match these at all.

Been a while but i started tinkering with the quad a bit more I can make it start by jumping a wire from the battery to the + side of the starter. Starts up fine. I just can't figure out where in the wiring harness that the starter button doesnt make a connection to something. I have three wires hanging off the back end of the quad that probably go to a pull tether type kill switch. Is there a way I can jump those wires together and bypass that switch. I also have what looks to be light wires front and rear that I don't need. I am guess I can just let those hang and tape them off?
