I just bought one for my so and all worked fine but now there seems to be a wiring problem that I can't find and I can't find a wiring diagram for it either, the one that came with it is so small and fadeded I can't make it out. Up by the bars there is a neutral and reverse indicator light that don't come on anymore, there are 4 head lights 2 for low beam and all 4 for high beam well when you turn on the low beam 3 lights come on and the brak light is on all the time. This all happened at once, it was working fine at first but then it all changed and there maybe 1.5 -2 hours of use on it. Can you help or steer me into the right direction?

have you pulled the "dashboard" off and checked the quick connects? along the vertical downtube of the handlebars is a wad of wiring. it is possible that a hole has been rubbed and grounding out OR, with the inferior gauge wiring, a wire pulled in two.

I haven't unbundled the wires just looked for loose ones so it is possible with a new bike to have the wires pulled in two?

yes, very possible. the wire gauge is smaller (cheaper) than what you see on yamahas, polaris, suzukis, kawasakis is a heavier gauge (higher quality).
