Exclamation adly 90cc atv, need help.

i have an old adly 90cc 2t blazer its having issues taking high rpms and bogs then stalls if you dont let off the throttle.i was wondering whats the best way to fix this or whats the cheapest carburator that i can buy i found a website Adly (Her Chee) ATV Parts but they want $140 for it.(ive sprayed it with carb cleaner and soaked it in chem dip as well as take it apart for the most part and blow it out with a compressor)
p.s. cleaning it worked for about 6 hours of use but now does nothing

i PMd you, but as stated, you gotta pull the jets out of the carb and physically clean them so as to see daylight through all of the orifices on the jets. you have a fuel delivery issue.
