Two ways to do that. One is if you go to the advanced reply, and you'll see (below the posting area) a section titled Additional Options. Click on the manage attachments and you can upload a pic from you're computer.

Another way is using a web hosting site like Flickr. I'd say photobucket too, but that site is blocked for me (not everyone) so I wouldn't see it. Anyway, go to the site you prefer, bring up the pic and then right click on it, then click on properties. Copy the link, then in the reply area here, click on this icon and paste the link in there.
