i replaced the cdi box on my peace 110 quad a few weeks ago and it ran just fine. yesterday my son started to ride and it just stopped running half way around the yard and it seems to have no spark again, im thinking the cdi box went out again, what could make it stop working after just a few time of use.( NOTE.... i rode it for about 2 days around the yard to make sure it was running before my son got on it)

 

higher resistance due to inferior wiring issues. wire jacket/insulation grounding out the wire on the frame. improper voltage...etc.... improper grounding too. was the CDI getting hot?
