Bought atv that fires up. Carburetor been cleaned, valves, plugs, cdi everything however it has zero power. Does nothing when throttle pushed. Will run but won't go.

 

What happens when you rev it up? Does it sound like it's choking and wants to die?
Does it die?

Possibly something wrong with the transmission, if it runs normally and doesn't feel like moving.

 

When revved up it pops like maybe timing issue or rev limit or.

 

does it do the same if the tires are off the ground? Had a buddy where his would do the same would run great with tires off ground and no load. as soon as the tires were back on the ground it would pop and fart and go no ware and stall. carb was out of adjustment. check float level as well. may not be getting enough fuel for a load.
