I'm totally new around atv I got a Chinese one all I know is that it is a 110cc engine I had to put the engine back into it. I know the starter is bad. But the wiring harness is shot a lot of melted wires someone didn't know anything about it. So my question is before I start dumping money in this I just what to see if I can get the engine started? The starter doesn't work so I'll have to bump start it I have the cdi but the regulator is not here. I just need a simple wiring diagram to turn the engine over no head lights or brake lights. If I get the engine running then I'll go from there.

 

I use a lawnmower battery with long wires attached to gator clips.I ground out the one from battery to body of the starter,then touch the nipple on the starter with the + lead.if starter is good,she will turn
