Default chinese quad, no spark!!!

I have a 5 pin cdi on my Chinese quad. It's been replaced, ignition coil works. Tested it on another machine. Removed kill switch wire still no spark. Oh, spark plug too. Why in the hell doi not have spark?

Didn't help at all, I have tried 3 CDI's, a new Stator, a new spark plug, bypassing all the kill switches, and I still have no spark. I am at a total loss here.

Default nope!

The stair ground checks out. I have come down to dueling or every inch of wire. Haven't found anything yet.

all 5 china quads i have dealt with 70cc-110cc all needed re-tape or tubing as it seems they only use about a 1/2" long piece of tape to cover connections that are all side by side

I am in the middle of pulling out the old harness and re doing some of the connections. I found a loose one.

its a PITA but is a common problem i found on these and the gauge of wire seems soft to me all the safety switches seem to create havoc as well betting that loose one played a major role in the problem have a great day
