A Stator is the same as a car alternator. Does your ATV have a kickstart? If so, disconnect battery and give it a kickstart and if you got spark at your plug, stator is fine.

Or if you can start your ATV with battery connected, start it and let it idle and then disconnect the neg cable on your battery, if it continues to run, stator is fine.

Jump the solenoid by using a screwdriver across both posts on the solenoid. does the starter turn and ATV start?

By jumping the the solenoid, your putting full power of the battery to the starter. Are you sure it's not flooded now? Remove the spark plug and try again. This will push fuel if any out of the compression chamber.

Trace your wiring and see if the is a fuse holder somewhere or loosely plugged in connectors. Usually it's the last area you were working on that is suspect. Carb is center to your ATV, check around there.
