Wildfire 90cc 147FMF help
I have a 90cc 147FMF engine, which was free to me but with some problems.
It came to me with no carb and a rat's nest for a wiring harness.
So far I have replaced the spark plug, ch7hsa I believe, the ignition Coil, the stator Coil as I was not getting ohm resistance on the coil. I also replaced the 5pin cdi.
I now have spark Lots of spark, but still no turn engine.
The starter works, but since the throttle and hand controls are disconnected, I have to jump the starter.
The key switch was cut off but I bought another but have no idea how to wire it in.
New carb is a pz20, I think it originally had a pz19 as the clearance is too tight and I need to shave a few mills off the manifold.
I hear the head moving, and feel suction where the carb would attach, but not much else.
I tried a little fuel to see if I could get it to turn over for a minute or so, but nothing.
My next step is to reattach the gas tank with new fuel li es. Then go from there.
Would any of the electrical components not work correctly if the handlebar safety switch was disconnected?
Anyone have info on a basic wiring setup without the voltage regulator in the loop?
