Default Linhai 260
I have a linhai 260 i have a charging issue it seems to only charge at a high rev , I can see the lights get brighter then when it idles down I see them dim again ....what could be my issue

In my experience, this is completely normal. The lights are driven from the AC output of the stator. When you rev higher, the stator is outputting more and the lights will be brighter.

Yup, make sure to start with a good or new battery.
