Hello All
New here and grasping straws.

Picked up a free Kazuma Meerkat 50cc that wont start. So did the normal. Has great spark. Took the Carb off gave it a good cleaning. Made sure its getting fuel. Adjusted the valves .004 from what I have read. Is that correct? Still not starting. I did a compression test on it last night and its showing only 60 psi. So im wondering if the valves arent set correct. Can anyone shed some light on this for me. I would greatly appreciate it along with my daughter when she gets to ride it for the first time.
