Default Sunl TransFormer V6 timing help

hey guys deal with me as this is my first post and new here.... I acquired a 2006 TransFormer V6. Needless to say I had to order a new wiring harness for it. The old owner botched it to hell with homemade splices trying to get it to run correctly. What I'm in need of is instructions on how to time it. I took the starter off and didn't think about screwing up the timing and I need to fix it. Any input or help would be greatly appreciated as I'm confused about the markings on the pulley under the cover and what they mean.

How would pulling the starter off effect the timing?

Appears to be a horizontal Hondoid engine. The flywheel should have a mark for F which is the spark at idle. Should have a T which is top dead center for adjusting valves. Should also have 2 marks closer together which will be the spark at full advance. Ignition timing on these engines is fixed and shouldn't move.
