Default Dinli 90cc won't start

I have a 2002 dinli 90cc atv. We bought it not running replaced the carb, the cdi box with a performance one, new upper half of engine head, piston, piston rings, and cylinder. Have spark seem to have fuel. Still will not start. Any help would be great

If it won't even try to hit with starting fluid, possible crank seals leaking. If they are no way one will crank or run right. Just like the one on this Polaris 90 after a new top end. Once the owner replaced the seals the engine ran ok.

Leak down test is the best way,but about as easy to pull the stator and the clutch on the other side and replace them. The Dinli 90 is similar in design to the Polaris 90,Eaton,Aeon and Kasea engines. Here's the post I mentioned earlier.https://atvconnection.com/forums/kid...ml#post3317583 Here's a pdf breakdown on a Dinli 90(not sure if your model) but seals, snap ring, etc similar to Polaris on the stator side. Look under crank shaft.http://www.dinlisales.com/docs/2002%...HELIX%20NP.pdf
