Default Slowww Cranking

I have a 110cc Chinese quad with a Gio engine. When it’s Warm it cranks & starts up great. When it’s below freezing like - 20 degrees Celsius or so it’s very slow to crank. I tried to use a good car battery with booster cables & also tried a fully charged booster pack. I attach the cables like this - positive red cable direct to starter positive terminal & black negative direct to a good ground near the starter on the engine. Still cranks way too slow to start. Anyone know how to make it crank properly when it’s Cold out ? Thankyou

Living in Texas, I think 20 degrees above zero is cold
What weight oil are you using at that temperature?
