Default bought a new coolster 125cc for my boy

I hear the suspension is mighty stiff and was wondering if anyone has put on a front shock that works good and absorbs rough terrain.

my boy is 6 and has outgrown his 110cc. It was a great quad but the terrain really beat him up with only 3 inches of clearance. The new quad has 5.5 but I want to get him some soft front shocks... gas or otherwise.

Let me know - thanks all

There is practically no rebound on the 125's front suspension under a child's weight. This has not been an issue for us since we ride mostly at a track where the trails are groomed and the kids are not yet taking jumps. There are low cost options for better working shocks for sure and it is my next mod as my kids' experience grows. I will let ya know what I decide on.

RFY piggyback gas shocks - $80 work great... MUCH smoother

Hi, any luck finding shocks for your coolster 125? What length shocks did you need by the way?
