Default LT500R chain adjusment

Can anyone give me directions on the chain adjustment on my 500 R? I need to make an adjustment and I don't have a book or anything to go by. Before I blow it, I better ask. Thx in advance..Dean

When tighting the 4 bolts, the 2 one the chain side torque to 72.5 - 87 lbs-ft and the 2 on the brake side torque to 50.5 -61.5 lbs-ft
